The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) conducts an accreditation survey of Lake Region Healthcare Corporation. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the organization's compliance with nationally established JCAHO standards. The survey results are used to determine whether -- and the conditions under which -- accreditation should be awarded to Lake Region Healthcare Corporation.

Anyone believing that he or she has pertinent and valid information about such matters should notify JCAHO.
