The Tree of Life is a symbol of giving and provides a permanent tribute to those friends and benefactors who have made significant financial contributions to Lake Region Hospital through the Hospital Foundation.

The Tree of Life, a beautiful work of art created by Charles Beck, is located in the hallway linking the hospital to the Fergus Falls Medical Group where people may view and enjoy its beauty and serenity.

The Tree of Life forms the centerpiece for the Donor Recognition wall where contributors to the Foundation are publicly honored. Each Tree of Life donor who has made a contribution or pledge to the Foundation of at least $1,000 is recognized by a plaque in the appropriate category.

Donations to the Foundation may take many forms and may be used as a memorial to a loved one.
