Patients are encouraged to be involved in their own care by reporting any safety concerns or any other health care issues in question. If you have concerns about your stay here, please tell us right away. Ask to speak to a manager who can help with your concern. We want to hear from you. If you talk to a manager and you still have a grievance, you, your nearest relative or the person responsible for you while you are a patient may call:
- Customer Relations at 218.736.8027.
- The Coordinator of Quality and Performance Improvement at 218.736.8361.
- The Senior Vice President of Acute Operations, CNE at 218.736.8365.
If they are unavailable, you can leave a voicemail or get immediate assistance by calling the Lake Region Healthcare house supervisor at 218.736.8000 and requesting to have them paged.
All grievances and/or complaints will be handled in a timely manner. No punitive actions will be taken against patients filing a grievance or complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if you prefer, you may submit your grievance or complaint to:
