Whether you are a busy family on the go or retired and enjoying the golden years, planning healthy meals can be a stressful task. We know that eating well will fuel our bodies and mind for optimal health. Am I choosing meals with proper nutrition, for weight loss or maintenance, or for adequate performance for myself or my athletes? This session is designed to take some of the stress out of meal planning by helping you strategize weekly menus and shopping lists. By setting aside time once each week to plan, shop and do as much of your meal prep as possible, you will increase both the nutritional value of your meals and your mental well-being by reducing stress.
