Our main campus is located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. We also have a Walk-In Clinic in Fergus Falls and outreach clinics in the communities of Ashby, Battle Lake, and Barnesville. In partnership with our Prairie Ridge Hospital & Healthcare Services location in Elbow Lake, we operate additional outreach clinics in Morris, Evansville, Hoffman and Herman. The communities surrounding all of our locations offer beautiful scenery, friendly atmospheres, and a host of individual and family activities.
