THRIVE is a proactive movement where members of the community promote health through happiness and meaning by using 5 proven mental health resiliency tools: Expressing Gratitude, Kindness, Finding Your Flow, Social Connections, and Values. It is skill and practice based. It’s rooted in positive psychology where people want to lead meaningful lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, learning, worship and play.
