Find an activity with a clear set of goals and progress, there must be a good balance between perceived challenges and perceived skills. It can't be too challenging and it can't be too easy (like watching TV or scrolling). Participate in the activity with your full attention! Example of some activities include: knitting, woodworking, gardening, drawing, etc.
