LRH “Living Well” Education Series Announces January Topic
(FERGUS FALLS, Minn.) – Kary Sytsma, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Nutritionand Dietetic Technician-Registered, will be the featured speaker at the January 21 Living Well Education sponsored by Lake Region Healthcare (LRH). Joining her with a personal testimonial will be Sue Hanneman, a past participant in the “I Can Prevent Diabetes” program at LRH. The two will give information & inspiration for making your resolutions last well past January and throughout the new year.
“As January rolls on, New Year Resolutions typically fall by the wayside,” said Systma. “I want to use this time to help people create a successful foundation to reach their resolutions and personal goals all year long. Systmas said the session will help attendees put their personal wellness vision to paper and then create a realistic and inspiring plan to achieve it. Joining Kary with a personal testimonial will be Sue Hanneman. Sue will share her success with using the wellness visioning, goal setting and action planning to improve her health after participating in the Lake Region Healthcare “I Can Prevent Diabetes” class.
The Living Well educational forums are held the third Monday of each month at 5:45pm from September through May. The education series is designed to offer a broad range of information on health-related topics to address all seven components of Wellness.
The January session will be held on Monday, January 21st from 5:45 to 7pm in the LRH Main Clinic Lobby at 111 West Vernon Ave. in Fergus Falls.
