Perks Coffee and Tea Opens 4th location in Lake Region Healthcare Clinic Lobby

[Fergus Falls, MN] Perks Coffee & Tea, a locally-owned drive through coffee business with two locations in Fergus Falls and one location in Battle Lake, announced today their 4th location is now open in the Lake Region Healthcare main clinic lobby at 111 West Vernon Avenue in Fergus Falls. The clinic location will be open from 7am to 2pm Monday through Friday for walk-up service only (there will be no drive through service at the clinic location).
Lake Region Healthcare previously offered specialty coffee from a national chain in the clinic lobby and the hospital’s cafeteria. With Perks now open in the clinic location, the cafeteria will only serve drip coffee and tea, reserving all specialty coffees and teas for the Perks clinic location. “We are so happy about this partnership with Perks. It’s a win-win for us to let them grow their business and provide this amenity to our patients and staff. They can focus on serving great coffee while we focus on providing great healthcare,” said Kent Mattson, LRH CEO.
Perks owner David Schroeder said they are thrilled to be expanding their presence with this location in the clinic lobby. Schroeder said the menu at the clinic location includes handcrafted coffees, teas, protein shakes, and other specialty beverages along with an assortment of snacks and bakery items.
