Learn to Stay Mentally Healthy & Happy Through the Holidays at Living Well Series

FERGUS FALLS, Minn.) – Wellness Director Natalie Knutson and Jason Bergstrand from PartnerSHIP4Healthwill be the featured speaker’s for November’s Living Well Education Series sponsored by Lake Region Healthcare (LRH).

The free session is open to the public and will focus on the new community based resiliency project recently launched known as Thrive. “The focus of Thrive is to promote health through happiness and meaning and purpose,” Knutson said. “We’ll share the research that supports this unique concept and long with some simple yet effective evidence based tools that you can incorporate into everyday living to improve mental health and overall well-being, just in time for the holidays,” she added.

The Living Well educational forums are held the third Monday of each month at 5:45pm from September through May. The education series is designed to offer a broad range of information on health-related topics to address all seven components of Wellness.

The November session will be held on Monday, November 19th from 5:45 to 7pm in the LRH Main Clinic Lobby at 111 West Vernon Ave. in Fergus Falls.
