Patients and their families and/or representatives are encouraged to be involved in their own care by reporting any safety concerns or any other healthcare issues in question. If you have concerns about your stay here, please tell us right away. Ask to speak to a director or their designee who can help with your concern. We want to hear from you. If you talk to a director or their designee and you still have a grievance, you, your family or representative may call:

- The quality and medical staff services director at 218.736.8361.
- The senior vice president/chief operating officer/chief nursing officer at 218.736.8365.
If they are unavailable, you can leave a voicemail or get immediate assistance by calling Lake Region Healthcare at 218.736.8000 and ask to speak with the house supervisor.
All grievances and/or complaints will be handled in a timely manner. No punitive actions will be taken against patients filing a grievance or complaint.
