Food services

Wholesome, nourishing and well balanced meals are an important part of treatment and recovery. Our foodservice teams provide nutritious meals that are prepared according to the diet prescribed by your doctor. We also have open dining for staff and visitors at both hospital locations.

Fergus Falls

Visitors are invited to relax and enjoy a meal in our cafeteria, located on the ground floor of the hospital. We are open from 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and offer delicious, healthy entrees, as well as classic favorites. We also serve brewed coffee, teas and hot chocolates.

Soup, plus a variety of homemade salads, sandwiches, snacks and desserts, are available all day. Hot meals are served at the following times:

• Breakfast: 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.
• Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Vending machines are located across the hall from the cafeteria.

Elbow Lake

Guests and visitors can relax and enjoy a meal in our cafeteria, located on the west wing of the hospital. We offer delicious, homemade entrees as well as classic favorites. Homemade soup, desserts and a salad bar are available as well as burgers and fries and many more of your favorite options.

Room service is offered for patient meals from 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. daily. The cafeteria is open from 8am to 5pm with meals served for:

• Breakfast: 8 to 10 a.m.
  Lunch: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
