Biography
Dr. Bashir joined the medical group in 2016.
He finished his residency in 2013 and served as chief resident at Nassau University Medical Center/Hofstra school of medicine in Long Island, NY. He is an assistant professor of medicine at Hofstra Medical School. Dr. Bashir serves as the Medical Director of Hospitalist Service at Lake Region Healthcare. Previously, he formally served as Medical Director of Hospitalist Service and Assistant Program Director of family medicine residency at Regional West Medical Center/University of Nebraska Medical center.
Dr. Bashir is married to Joanna, who serves as Grant Coordinator/Community Health Educator at Lake Region Healthcare. Dr. Bashir enjoys spending time with his two boys and traveling.
