Biography
Lake Region Medical Group welcomed Jack Lubka, MD to our Internal Medicine Department in December of 2022. He works in the inpatient setting as a full time Hospitalist.
Dr. Lubka is originally from Fargo, ND and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center in Hudson, FL. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana, Cuba. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and also speaks limited basic levels of Italian, Portuguese, German and French.
He originally became interested in working at Lake Region Healthcare when doing a 4-month with Surgeon, Dr. Timothy Mahoney. Being from the area originally, heenjoys serving in a rural community and making his home in Fergus Falls.
Dr. Lubka is a black belt student of Aikido, plays amateur hockey, and enjoys international travel, music, gardening, and cooking.
