Originally from Mandan, North Dakota, Stef earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary in 2003 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in 2010.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and enjoys working with a variety of patients in the areas of orthopedics, sports medicine, neurology, and geriatrics. She is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), is a Certified Athletic Trainer, and is also certified in ASTYM and BFR (blood flow restriction).
Stef and her husband, Ryan, have two daughters and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and camping.
