Finding a family doctor or primary care provider
The medical staff of family and internal medicine professionals at Lake Region Healthcare Clinic Services are dedicated to providing the best possible medical care to you and your family. We provide comprehensive care for all ages, including disease prevention and overall wellness based on a personal relationship with the patient. We are located on the third floor of the clinic services building.
Each member of the diverse team of family doctors and primary care providers brings unique assets and specialties to our patients, from manual/chiropractic treatments to cryotherapy (use of low temperatures to treat a variety of benign and malignant lesions) and from routine health maintenance to traveler healthcare services.
Our nursing staff is also dedicated to providing the best coordination of your care, with a special team of nurses specifically charged with providing timely answers to patients via telephone and email through our patient portal.
Our primary care providers are also part of our Health Care Home team. A Health Care Home is an approach to healthcare in which primary care providers, families and patients work in partnership to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people with chronic health conditions and disabilities.
