Our focus this week is on physical health, remembering that lifestyle choices can maintain or improve physical health and functional ability. For this week, focus on ways to increase your physical activity and track your minutes of exercise with a goal of completing at least 150 minutes. We’ll combine our minutes to see how far we can collectively travel with hopes of reaching a tropical destination by January 21st!
